"Suddenly, They Listen": Leading Through Story, Meaning & Presence
Who This Program Is For?
And Suddenly They Listen to Me is for leaders and professionals who sense their communication isn’t creating the impact they want — even if they can’t fully name what’s missing yet.
You may recognize:
- Speaking often but being heard less
- Feeling reactive, misunderstood, or disconnected in professional interactions
- Presenting ideas that fail to resonate
- Struggling to express authentic meaning and personal authority
- The subtle realization: “I can communicate, but people aren’t really listening to me”
This program is for leaders ready to shift from convincing to listening deeply, expressing authenticity, and shaping their personal and corporate story through presence, meaning, and coherence.
Program summary:
What Makes This Program Different?
And Suddenly They Listen to Me works because it:
- Changes the atmosphere the moment you speak
- Replaces persuasion with calm authority and creates an authentic presence
- Trains timing, pauses, and embodied clarity
- Reduces resistance and interruptions in real conversations
- Leaves a felt impact that continues beyond the training
Program Structure (12 Weeks)
Rhythm:
- Biweekly Group Coaching Sessions (6 total)
- Biweekly 1:1 Mentoring Sessions (6 per participant)
This alternating rhythm builds skill and presence without pressure, allowing time for integration, reflection, and embodied storytelling practice.
What You’ll Experience?
Group Sessions:
- Practice speaking and being present in front of a real audience
- Learn to stay grounded and regulated while being seen
- Work with real meetings, presentations, and conversations
- Experience how small shifts change group attention
- Recognise personal patterns through live group feedback
- Reduce self-doubt through shared professional experience
- Learn in a safe, confidential, professional space
1:1 Sessions:
These sessions work because:
- We work on posture, breath, pace, and inner settling, so when you enter a meeting or begin to speak, the room naturally quiets.
- Instead of learning how to “come across,” we reduce inner tension and over-explaining — your words land with less volume and more weight.
- We work with pauses, timing, and when to stop speaking, so stories and contributions feel precise and easy to follow.
- As your inner position becomes clearer, interruptions decrease, listening increases, and conversations slow down.
- In meetings, presentations, and difficult conversations, people respond differently — not because you push, but because you are present.
