A Half-Day Experience of Breath, Movement & Deep Relaxation
In this 4-hour experiential afternoon, we come together in a supportive yoga space to slow down, breathe consciously, and reconnect with the natural intelligence of body and mind.
Through gentle movement, conscious breath exploration, and guided deep relaxation, the breath is invited back into its natural flow — without force and without striving. As the breath softens, the nervous system settles and the body can truly rest.
From this grounded state, we explore simple ways to quiet and focus the mind. Gradually, the mind shifts from being restless or scattered to becoming a clear and supportive inner companion, enhancing presence, intuition, and inner balance.
This experience complements yoga and meditation practice and is accessible to all levels.

Breath & Movement Teacher · Meditation Initiator
Victor spent 18 years living and studying with a Himalayan Master and trained in Western movement methods related to breath. With over 30 years of experience, he guides breath, movement, and meditation practices rooted in the Himalayan tradition — supporting breath awareness, deep relaxation, clarity, and embodied presence.

Guided By: Victor Bischoff:
Victor is a German-born coach based in Málaga, Spain, working internationally. He is a father of four and has over 30 years of experience in personal development, life coaching, corporate training, and facilitation. Trained for 18 years by a Himalayan Master and educated in Western holistic health, Victor combines deep inner work with practical coaching methods.
Originally trained as an actor in Italy and France, he works fluently in German, Italian, French, and English. His background in performance led him to specialize in breathwork, body–mind practices, yoga, movement, and stage presence, including work as Master of Movement at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre in London.
Victor helps people clear limiting beliefs, expand awareness, and access their unique potential through coaching and drama-based techniques. His recent focus explores habits of thinking, feeling, and behavior that hinder personal growth, supporting deeper self-presence, freedom, and well-being.
Shaped by life experience—leadership, cultural diversity, fatherhood, and personal challenges—Victor values unity in diversity. He is co-founder of the Ivalyou Foundation, dedicated to helping people recognize their uniqueness and uncover their hidden potential in service of life and the planet.
